Vedrana Simicevic is a freelance journalist and editor based in Croatia, specialising in science, environmental and social issues.
She has spent much of her career with Croatian daily newspaper Novi List, and has also had bylines with Science magazine, New Scientist and Physics Today. She won a national award for her journalism on environmental protection, and was shortlisted for the European Science Writer of the Year award.
